The Dobyns Champion XP Flipping Rods are the new generation of the popular Champion Series rods featuring 3 models of flippin sticks for bass fishing. The Champion XP Flipping Rods retain the same great features of the previous models, but now come with an upgraded cork handle and premium Fuji guides (previously Kigan). What's not changed, however, are the dialed in actions, premium components and technique specific ratings these rods offer.
The Champion XP Flipping Rods from Dobyns cover the entire spectrum of bass fishing flipping applications. The three models in the series, two 7'6" and one 8' model, feature dialed in actions, lengths and ratings for fishing heavy cover with jigs, punch rigs or plastics. Designed by legendary angler Gary Dobyns, the Champion XP Flipping Rods are made to provide anglers with the highest level of performance for their desired application. The Champion XP Flippin Series displays quality throughout including premium components such as: Fuji tangle-free K-guides with Alconite inserts, Fuji Reel Seats, custom snag free hook holder, a high modulus blank and high quality cork handles.
