The Fuji Hot Melt Glue is a tube of glue which works to set rod guides or rod tips back in place. The hot melt glue, from Fuji, is a great tool to have at the ready in case one of your rod guides begins to wear off from the rod blank. With the hot melt glue you can melt a bit over the guide and restore the integrity of the guide. The best method of re-attaching a guide is to pull it completely off, wipe the area clean and place the guide back on the rod. Wrap the guide with some thread, wire or light braided line and then apply the hot melt glue. Allow to set and the rod will be back out and ready to fish. Permanent fixes are always best left to a professional, but sometimes a temporary fix is sufficient.
