The Rapala Flat Jig is a vertical jigging ice jig lure that mimics the action of dying shad. Similar to a jigging spoon in its use, the Flat Jig is intended to be fished as a vertical presentation of a school of fish. At 80% heavier than a similar length Jigging Rap, the Flat Jig performs incredibly in heavy current and deep water. Thanks to its flatter design it retains a gliding action, even in the most demanding conditions. Whether fished open water or through the ice, the wide, flat minnow body profile has a responsive, long-gliding searching action.
We offer the Rapala Flat Jig in two sizes: 04 (1 1/2" - 9/16oz) and 06 (2-1/2" - 1-3/16 oz).
