Customer Accounts
If you had an account on our old site, you will need to create a new account on this one. This is for security reasons to protect your privacy. Sorry for any inconvenience but it only needs to be done once. It's also a good opportunity to update your address and create a strong password.
Prostaff Accounts
Prostaff accounts have been moved over to the new website but users will need to create a new password. Just click on the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive and email with a link to create a new password. Be sure to look for the email in your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
Military Accounts
Military Discount accounts have been moved over to the new website but users will need to create a new password. Just click on the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive and email with a link to create a new password. Be sure to look for the email in your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. You will continue to receive your Military discount on all your orders.
Gift Cards
Online gift cards that were sold on the old website will still be valid on the new site. You will need the original code to use your online Gift Card on this new website. For any Gift Card issues, please call 707-588-8033 ext: 3 for online support. (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm PST)
