The Mad River Steelhead Worms are soft plastic worms designed specifically for steelhead fishing applications. Constructed from a soft and supple, yet durable plastic, these worms from, Mad River, are impregnated/scented with special formulated Atlas Mikes shrimp oil appealing to fish's sense of smell.
The Mad River Steelhead Worms come in some of the most popular steelhead colors available in two sizes: 4" (9pk) and 6" (8pk).
How to Use Mad River Steelhead Worms
Drift Fishing
Thread these worms using the Steelhead Worm rigging kit which includes detailed instructions on how to use. Add a Hard Fish Pill for extra flotation to keep worm out of snags and in the fish’s strike zone.
Float Fishing
Or for Float fishing, use a weighted jig head. Put a dab of super glue on the shank of hook next to jig head to keep the worm from sliding down the hook.
