Tournament Light Mutu Saltwater Circle Hook
The Owner Tournament Light Mutu Hook is a circle hook designed for rigging smaller live bait. The Tournament Light version of the Mutu Hook is designed for anglers in billfish tournaments with a design that meets the regulations set forth by the tournament organizations. The difference is the in-line, non-offset hook point that possesses a 90 degree angle. Additionally, the hook also meets gulf coast reef fishing regulations. The hook retains the same hangnail style hook point which is a favorite among saltwater catch and release anglers. The unique hook point is designed to slide out of the gullet of the fish and penetrate the corner of the mouth upon hookset. The result is less gut hooked fish for more sustainable catch and release; Mutu's have a 90% jaw-hooked rate. Check out the video for more information regarding Owner's circle hooks.
