The Jumpin Minnow from Rebel Lures is a great choice when targeting bass with topwater lures. The Jumpin Minnow glides from side to side, skimming the surface like a baitfish fleeing a furious predator, and its old-style lead rattle creates a distinctive call that beckons fish from far away. It casts like a bullet and ranks among the easiest to work of all walking baits.
