The Imakatsu Replicator Swimbait is a three piece jointed lure that come equipped with 3 different tails and 2 hook types, allowing the angler to configure the lure for the current conditions.
Dead Slow Floating
The Dead Slow Floating mode uses the flat tail and the treble hooks. In this setting, the bait has a slow S motion that can be turned sharply with a tug on the line.
Swapping out the flat tail for the boot tail results in the floating mode. In this configuration, the swim action is reduced mainly to the tail with minimal body action and is best suited for slow retrieve.
In this mode, the Javallon tail is used with the treble hooks. The lure will present a shivering action that is unique to articulated big baits. This mode produces a lot of action at higher speed retrieves.
Buffalo Horn Hook Option
The BHH is a side hook developed exclusively for fishing big baits on complicated bottoms. To use remove all treble hooks, connect the split rings to the agori hanger, and insert the keeper part into the hook holder holes on the side. The Buffalo Horn Hooks can be adjusted to your liking, stock they are at a 45 degree angle. Also has a chin weight hanger to add weight to create different actions.
